Trading Terms

Delivery:

Varies from product to service but all dates will be confirmed at the time of ordering and dates will be calculated from when we receive the receipt of a signed order form, signed artwork approval and receipt of deposit. However, if your order is for a specific event please, let us know your deadline at the time of order confirmation and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Delivery is subject to sighting artwork and stock availability at the time of ordering. Freight is charged additional to your Brandtek Pty Ltd quote unless otherwise stated.

Artwork

Artwork must be supplied as specified in the artwork guide, in the resources section of the Brandtek Pty Ltd website. If artwork is not supplied in the correct format, an additional artwork charge may apply. Please note that Brandtek Pty Ltd will not start any production until we receive the receipt of a signed order form, signed artwork approval and receipt of deposit.

Promotional Materials:

Brandtek Pty Ltd reserves the right to use any products or services created or produced in its own promotional materials to showcase its goods and services.

Payment Terms:

Orders below $1000incl. GST: Balance payable prior to dispatch of goods or completion of service.
Orders above $1000incl. GST: 50% deposit prior to the start of production with balance payable prior to dispatch of goods or completion of service; unless otherwise arranged.

Items sourced overseas require full payment upon approval of sample and placement of order; to cover the required letters of credit.

Brandtek Pty Ltd reserves the right to vary its Trading Terms as it sees fit or as agreed with any client. The trading terms published on this website are indicative only and will be confirmed upon placement of order.
